When I was a student of chemistry, in my Tech.Institute, an old teacher was used to say: - failed chemists are always good chefs.
Well, here I am.
I love prepare food but I also love thinks about food and nutrition. I am vegetarian since 2001. It is impressive when you can say: well, one third of my life has passed without meat and fish...
This blog is an opportunity for me to share my results...few but "good"; in any case, good enough to justify a blog.
